In the beginnings, it co-founded Estatecnic SL, which developed several housing constructions in Vilafranca del Penedés, Cubelles, Sitges and projects also in Sant Cugat and La Palma. The harsh crisis affected the society that ended in 2017.
In its origins, it also invested in the Port Olímpic, obtaining a 30-year concession, during which it always collaborated with “El Tinglado de Moncho’s”.
At the same time, it has invested in different types of properties for rent: houses, flats, offices or commercial premises, on the national as well as on international market.
Recently the company also has bought a developer, MonteAlto, which is building single-family homes in Moraleja de Enmedio, Madrid

We are also looking for a collaboration in the construction of an ecological wellness hotel in the best banana plantation in Europe in Tazacorte, La Palma. We offer the land for a swap. The location is incredible, next to the closest port to America and in the sunniest municipality on the European continent.
Future projects include continuing to build in Madrid and starting a new adventure on the island of La Palma where “El Patio Verde” will be developed, with eight ecological apartments in the center of Los Llanos, in addition to continuing with an exciting project in Los Cabos de Baja California, Mexico.
